Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered the Big Mama Breakfast Burrito with sausage. When I asked the cashier about the hot sauce's spiciness, she was very helpful. She described it as mild but offered to put it on the side, which I appreciated. It's the little things in customer service that make a difference. This kind of attentiveness used to be the norm when I started working decades ago, but nowadays, many staff members just seem to wait for you to ask them something. John, the manager, could benefit from some guidance here. I read a negative review where he made excuses for his behavior instead of acknowledging the customer’s concerns. As a manager, it's essential to take ownership of the situation, stay calm, and address the customers. An apology goes a long way, especially when there are delays. A simple explanation like, “I'm sorry for the wait; we're busy at the moment, but we’ll get your order out as soon as possible. Can I offer you a complimentary drink while you wait?” can greatly improve the experience. It's important to remember that customer service isn't about you; it's about representing the business and ensuring a positive experience for the customers. After this, I took my order home. Oh my goodness, the coffee is fantastic! I wish I had enjoyed it there instead. The burrito was delicious, although the ends weren't folded properly—more like an oversized taco. Don’t get me wrong, John, that burrito was incredibly good! The customer service was excellent too. When I received it, I had to peek in the bag because it felt like I was carrying a small child (I got two burritos). It was flavorful and well-made. I did overhear some Hispanic ladies speaking Spanish in the kitchen, which I thought added to the experience. Just one small criticism from my side about the burrito not being folded properly, but I will definitely return if I'm craving a breakfast burrito, no doubt about it! And please don’t take offense at my comments about John; it’s a reflection of how customer service has evolved in our society. When I receive great service, I always try to commend the person helping me. I don't ask for names because many people fear repercussions for addressing concerns—something that wasn’t the case in the past.
The staff is friendly and helpful. It only took about 10 minutes from the moment I arrived, with two cars ahead of me, until I was seated and ready to enjoy my meal.
Pretty good Burritos at noon, but the chips and salsa are what you really should do. Your chips can be fat and probably take years of your life, but they are sooooo good. Your salsa is GREAT! Red and green. It is also something incompatible, which means they do it themselves.
Great local Mexican and the best breakfast burritos you can get!
Excellent breakfast burrito and the best tomatilla salsa I've ever had, I'll definitely be back!
