Rise N Shine Donuts - Lubbock

I visited this restaurant from out of town today and was greeted by friendly staff. It was clear that it is a popular place as there was a steady stream of customers. I ordered a Boston cream donut, a dozen donut holes, and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The donuts were delicious, but unfortunately, the bacon on the croissant was not good. I ended up throwing it away as it tasted like low quality bacon. Although the croissant was decent overall, I am deducting one star from my review due to the bacon issue. The sandwich was edible, but the quality of the bacon was disappointing. I would have been willing to pay a little more for better bacon. Despite this, I was happy with my overall experience and thought the pricing was fair. I probably won't order the bacon croissant again, but I may try the kolaches next time as they seemed popular.

This restaurant has become my go-to place for delicious burritos and donuts! If I could give it 100 stars, I would definitely do so. I was recommended to try the burrito and now I can't get enough of it.

I absolutely adore this place. The person who bakes the donuts here always has me driving across town, passing by two other Rise n Shine Donuts locations just to get to theirs. It's a fantastic spot, made even better by the two ladies at the drive-thru who never fail to make me laugh and brighten my day.

Friendly servers and exceptionally, delicious donuts! But I'm going to probably pass on stopping there or any donut establishment! I mean seriously,

The sweet shorter lady that works the window most of the time is the best! Some of the newer younger staff are a bit rude at times but still my favorite location to go to.
