Pizzeria Jamm Ja' - LUCCA

This unassuming takeaway/cafe has a fantastic wood burning fire and serves excellent pizza. They knew very little English and we knew very little Italian but we made ourselves understood and had three different pizzas. All were really tasty with homemade bases and fillings. The owners come from Naples and really know how to make good pizza. They were so friendly and helpful. There was beer, water or soft drinks available.

We had really nice pizza in a quiet environment by the church. The staff are very friendly and are quite happy to help out people who don't speak Italian. Pizza prices are good but our wine was a little over-priced. There are plenty of vegetarian choices and also salads.

The owners are so sweet that you alone would therefore come back! You'll feel right at home. Nice cold beers and ok pizza on a a small terrace while watching a church
