Pizza Hut - Lumberton

I paid online for my food with a gift card and my debit card. Well, they charged my card for the whole amount of the order. When I called and spoke with the manager Mrs. Dove she was very rude and unprofessional. Not only did they charge my card the full amount, but then that put me with a $35.00 overdraft fee! They claim they are going to refund my money but we will see! The district manager emailed and apologized for my experience and said the money would be back in my account. Well I emailed him and said that's not just the issue I have an overdraft fee. Guess who never responded? YOUR RIGHT THE DM! Needless to say I will NEVER support Pizza hut again!

Believe it or not review is 95. to be shorthanded, they have really amazing service eating is so much better than sitting restaurant on the other side of the city. lol

Customer service is terrible and pizza tastes good only on certain days. They are very unprofessional including managers.

Poor delivery service. People that anserw the phone is very rude unprofessional and make you question the quality of food. Had been my fav restraint for years until a few bad experience lost my buisness for life
