Mcdonald's - Luton

I've been through this drive-thru a few times. never had any problems. I have a good part of the beats on my mcflurry. Open 24 hours, so is the bonus. can be busy during the day as it is in a retail park.

The delivery time for my order kept getting delayed further and further until, despite receiving a notification from the app that my food would arrive at a certain time, it didn't actually show up until 20 minutes later. When it did finally arrive, my food was cold and my drink was only half full because it had spilled during transport.

I think there should be a feature to indicate when an order was never delivered.

The generous servings of fries were cold and only halfway full, and the chicken sharing box arrived without the 4 dips we requested, and no straws were provided for any of the 5 drinks. We would have expected better service for a £55 meal.

When it arrived my coffee had spilt everywhere so had no drink and all my food was soggy
