For starters...i have no idea why the female staff is working in black pyjamas. The pyjamas were showing a lot of skin and it adds to nothing besides the downgrading of the women. The interior was Nice and trendy. The music was a bit too loud but i guess that comes with being a trendy sushi restaurant. They have a bar with a sort of asembly line on which sushi is presented. The whole time i was there, the sushi kept passing me by and i was wondering how long sushi can stay fresh on that line. I wouldnt want to eat sushi that was on display for ? hours. The majority of the staff was gathering at the end of the bar i guess it wasnt busy enough) which was nice but it distracted me. And for the sushi....it was warm, dry and some bits even tasted sour. Ive been to a LOT of sushi places but this was by far the worst ive ever tasted. Come to think of it....maybe i do know the reason behind the black pyjamas now.... Word of advice....skip this restaurant and look for another place where they serve real sushi.

Some part were excellent: the service was good, the Sushi were great, the miso soup was delicious. And some other part were very disappointing: the uni was awful, me and my partner almost puked in the restaurant, we told them and they didn't take it off the bill, also the dessert were good but the creme brulee was obviously from a premixed bag, the chocolate mousse was very good and the mini glass recipient was beautiful but way too much white chocolate pieces that ruined it a bit. Also the chocolate fondant was really good but the paper bag in which it is served doesn't look appealing. It might sounds picky but it's because everything feels like it could be more. So it is just frustrating. So yeah, so many good things that could make the experience amazing but each time there is a little something that lower the experience. So much potential, I am looking forward trying it again in the future to see if it improves.

Be cautious, when ordering delivery they will place the sushi in individual plastic containers instead of a large more presentable) container. When inviting guests over, one also thinks of the presentation of the food. Instead of using a nice platter, we got individual lunch take away size containers. With a large quantity of cold sushi, other places in Luxembourg do this. Aka Cité does not : I emailed them about this several days ago to give a chance to explain but they do not bother to reply
