Disgusting They have NO IDEA what real pizza is but know about imitation pizza. The pie was so greasy, sloppy, low quality and went right in the trash.

Great pizza and salad, friendly staff, and attentive leadership. We have consistently gotten great pizza and a loaded chef salad that is super satisfying from Pepperoni Express, but I wanted to leave a review that expresses how impressed I was with our most recent interaction. We placed a carry out order, and when I arrived to pick it up the cashier read back my order to me and then came back to say that the pizza had been made wrong and they were firing a new one right away. While it is inconvenient, I appreciated that the mistake was caught before the pizza got to me and corrected quickly. I also overheard the manager (I assume) encouraging the staff and letting them know that mistakes happen and to stay calm and focused in the midst of the Saturday night order rush. He was very positive and encouraging to his staff and incredibly polite to me. I was happy to wait the extra 10 minutes for my correct order and they gave me the incorrectly made pizza for free as well. I appreciate the extra mile the staff went to ensure our experience was positive and will continue my patronage to Pepperoni express in Lyman.
