Trio Brick Oven Eatery - Lynchburg

Had a very pleasant experience. we sat quickly and immediately took part in our waitress, who was very attentive and friendly. the food was delicious and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. they were pretty busy, but the staff was busy and cared for everyone.

A 4 star night with great service from Jeremiah and the Manager: greek salad, pepperoni pizza, potato soup, grilled cheese, toon burger, coca cola, and lemonade.5-27-2018 Trying burger and wings tonight. Yummy, perfectly cooked, and Smokey. 12-30-2019 Amber was very attentive, checking frequently, and the Chefs are awesome on this Tuesday evening... a 4 star ecperience.

I haven’t been to Trio in a few years so I was excited to go back because I’ve always had pleasant experiences there. This was not the case this time, unfortunately. I ordered one **** mary and it took 15 minutes to get it. My boyfriend ordered a pizza and I ordered a burger. We waited around an hour to get our food and when it got to our table, it was not worth the wait. He ordered the garlic chicken pizza and it was more like a buffalo chicken pizza and it was barely cooked and certainly not hot. My burger was much better than his pizza but still not worth the hour long wait. We weren’t expecting to be at lunch for over 2 hours. Trio has really gone downhill and it’s extremely unfortunate.

Good restaurant, how many others faced with personal problems and is at the moment, I think, just curbside. I had most of their pizzas. in my opinion, they tend to boil the pizza so that I ask for them to be cooked a few extra minutes. as it is brick oven, it tastes much better if you get this light piece of char on the crust. also here are the boneless wings very good.

They tried for the first time yesterday and overall it was good to eat, but there is space for improvements on the first sight I was disappointed about the lack of huh on the hen garlic and also lack of fresh basilikum on the margherita, but the taste for it. both pizzas were very tasty, especially the sauce on the margherita. the wings were also quite good a thing that also stood out, was a lack of professionalism among some of the employees. personally it was really not important because I always takeout, but when they are in eating, they can hear some foul language. I get it, kitchens are hectic, stressful places and it is not for the faint of the heart, but a little self-control would improve her image
