The nicest food ever We were visiting my partners mums and this pub is local to her We visited 24th Xmas Eve the food wow, incredible beef madras pie with tandoori mash was to die for im still raving about it, finished off with a beautiful toffee pudding again beautiful I need that pie recipe it’s absolutely and better than a lot of restaurants in Manchester where I’m from Service: 5 Location: 5

A wonderful sensitive restoration of a historic canal side pub by the Wilts and Berks canal trust. The canal in this area is still ongoing restoration. Excellent selection of well kept beer and ciders. Excellent cooked food.
