Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónStaff are very welcoming, but the coronavirus regulations do not favor this chain. Too bad that dirty tablecloths were simply covered with brown paper: Why not clean them? The restricted menu is still very diverse, although my pizza had been preserved more than fresh toppings. It is also a shame that Gnocchi has fallen for other pastas. The beverage list might think a little more if alcohol is prohibited. Hopefully they will continue to innovate to promote Diners back.
Standard Col'Cacchio experience Good food, pizza, pasta or salads well made. This industry has consistently maintained the standards. It is a pity that it is so small and can lead to disappointment when you try to go with a group or a long wait. Not really had the same waiting problem on other branches, but above all because they are bigger. Besides the size of the shop, a nice choice for high quality pizza with consistent quality.
They were flexible and accommodating, but the pizza just wasn't as good as it usually is. Staff were friendly.
I was thoroughly disappointed by the telephonic order service. Despite calling 30 mins before pickup, the Pizza orders had not even reached the kitchen at the time of my arrival. The patronising explanation that they wanted the Pizza to be warm made matters even worse. It is left only to speculation why my order was ignored but my name Ndumiso Dladla was the single aspect of biography at the disposal of the waiter on the phone.
The service is now very good, I go there once a week and apparently there is a new owner. The pizza had too much tomato and too little cheese. The previous owner always came and greeted us and asked us if everything was OK. I don't even know what the new owner looks like.
