Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis bad evaluation is not about the freendly people who work there or eat themselves, but it is rigorous through the terrible system whole foods has now with amazon prime delivery men. they have taken over the food business that makes the shopping experience absolutelyley terrible. I know that these suppliers only make their job, and I understand that Covid people need the delivery, but it must be a better system with either certain hours or a business that can only open for them. on the other day I was running almost 3 times from a shopping cart because these amazon delivery people have the heads down on their handys trying to get eat as quickly as possible. it created a stressful scenerio for me and I have always enjoyed going to whole foods and getting foods. I'm not going here until something's fixed. please do manager something about it!
I used to shop here very often. Recently they made customers get in long line to get in the store. I don't see it happen in other grocery stores. And so i bet they're losing lots of customers.
For the past few years I've been getting a coffee most each Sunday here. Of course, I pick up a few other items as well. In short, my normal coffee drink went up $1.50 since Covid-19 hit. Don't mind that it went up, prices go up, but $1.50 is clearly a $grab. I also noticed they do not provide prices on their menu any longer. This leads me to believe they are trying to hide this. So... wont go here any longer. Goodbye, you lost a four year customer because of your petty deceptive money grab.
I have shopped at this Whole Foods quite a few times. From the moment I step in the door, even during these trying times, they are ALL so polite, professional and helpful. I appreciate their hard work to make sure we are getting the supplies that we need. I know, maybe not at this store, but unruly customers have abused these essential workers by bullying them, spitting on them, throwing food at them and yet they still come back to work every day to make sure we have what we need. So THANK YOU all for your hard work, most people appreciate all you are doing. It is a few that can ruin it I know, but please know most all appreciate what you are doing. And just as an FYI, everything is so good here, but the meat department and bakery are so awesome.
On Tuesday, July 28th, 2020, around 10:15 am I went shopping with my two children at Whole Foods Market in Lynnwood, WA. The address for this location is 2800 196th St SW, Ste 100, Lynnwood, WA, 98270. Shortly into the trip, in the produce section, a female vendor in a yellow reflective vest began to film my child and a friend's child, proclaiming we were killing our children for not putting a mask on them and they were going to die. My friend very politely let this woman know that she was being inappropriate and asked what her name was and who she worked for, she very quickly ran off into the back of the store (an employee area).I went and spoke to a male employee that had been watching us carefully since we had entered the store. This particular man refused to give me his name. When I approached him I let him know what had happened and I apologized for any trouble we may have caused. I let him know that we networked to shop together because we felt more comfortable with other medically exempt individuals given the current political climate and that we in no way intended to make any trouble. He said he understood and that he would go look into what had happened. He walked over to the meat counter and began to chat with another employee for a few minutes before following us around the store for the rest of the trip. A little further into the store a male employee named Kyle came to the unidentified aforementioned male and loudly stated that he was very upset we were not asked to leave right away, the police had been called and if it was possible to ask us to leave because we were making other shoppers uncomfortable. I did my best to avoid him, but he was very intimidating and visibly agitated. He paced repeatedly with his arms crossed now and again while making eye contact with a furrowed brow. I felt targeted and was very uncomfortable. When I went to check out I spoke to a woman named Tonya who stated she was a manager. I thanked her for letting us purchase our groceries and apologized again for any trouble. I told her what had happened in the produce area and asked for any information on the employee. She stated that the person was not a whole foods employee and that she couldn't give me any information, including the name of the person who verbally harassed and filmed my family, or the vendor company they worked for.Upon leaving the establishment Dustin called Lakewood PD and a report was filed: Incident 20-22184.As a customer with a disability I felt publicly humiliated, shamed and belittled. I felt the employees lacked any measure of concern or empathy for our hostile encounter and even went so far as to mock us with their replies and evasiveness in giving any helpful answers. This matter would have been easily resolved had I been able to contact the vendor about the treatment I received from their employee
