Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis restaurant in Canberra is a rare find as it caters specifically to families with children, including toddlers. Situated in the Canberra Southern Cross Club Woden, parents can enjoy their meal while their children play in a glass-fronted room within view. Although the food is typical of a Club style, the restaurant is equipped with amenities like high chairs and space for prams. Families can socialize with friends and other families while their children are entertained, making it a great spot for families with young kids.
This is a great family-friendly restaurant with affordable prices. The menu is diverse and the service is top-notch. It's a perfect spot for dining with kids.
I visited this restaurant for my granddaughter's birthday and the children were entertained all evening with the games play area and face painting.
I took a sporting team to Henry's for a team/family dinner...about 40 kids and adults, who all enjoyed themselves. The Club was very helpful with our booking and gave us a separate area, away from the other diners, and near the games room. This was great to amuse the kids when they had eaten and were starting to get a bit restless. Extensive menu, something for everyone, and kid friendly. Drinks at Club prices so Parents happy too! I had the Surf and Turf, and my sons had the Filet Mignonette and T Bone and all were cooked exactly as ordered. All in all a great night was had and I would recommend this restaurant if you have young kids or large groups.
This is one of the few restaurants in Canberra which truly cater for families with children and especially toddlers. It's located within the Canberra Southern Cross Club Woden. While the children are waiting for their food and after they've finished, they can play in a glass fronted room in full view of their parents while they get a bit of peace! Whilst the food is only Club style, it's a place where you can actually bring your prams, has a heap of high chairs and you can have a conversation with families and friends, while the children enjoy themselves. It's a good place for families with young children.
