Excellent fish chips, freshly cooked while waiting. friendly, helpful staff and cheap prices. all round a good chip.

The fish and chips here are absolutely fantastic. I know that some fish and chip shops can be hit or miss, but this one is definitely a winner. The fish is cooked to order, ensuring freshness, and they accept card payments too. Highly recommend!

The portions are a good size. Will has successfully maintained the high standards of this chip shop, which have been in place for the past 30 years, even after taking over this year. Thanks, Will, and keep up the great work!

The fish is expertly boiled to order, and the chips are lovely. The curry is well-cooked and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. One area for improvement would be to consider using biodegradable containers instead of polystyrene ones. I'm pleased to see that the Youngs now use cardboard boxes for their fish and chips—this is a fantastic change, as they are recyclable and can help keep the food warm if desired.
