Buffalo Wild Wings - Machesney Park

My experience ordering 20 traditional chicken wings for delivery last Sunday night was extremely disappointing. The wings were so overcooked that they were completely inedible - they were tough and difficult to chew, almost like trying to chew on jerky. I do not recommend this location at all. Additionally, when I attempted to contact the restaurant the next day, I received no response.

The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional! The staff at this restaurant are wonderful! I highly recommend it.

I used to frequently order online from Buffalo Wild Wings in Machesney Park, but I have stopped doing so. The last two times I attempted to place an order on a Tuesday and Thursday evening, I was told that wings were unavailable. How can a restaurant known for its wings not have them available? It makes me question how they are able to stay in business, especially with a Panera Bread right across the street. In response, the restaurant should consider updating their standard response as there is nothing mentioned about Orders Visits on their FAQ page.

Overall the wings are great! I will say that the wings here are significantly smaller than just about everywhere else. Really the only time I could say it is worth it is when you can get a buy one get one free deal. At full price you are far better off going anywhere else for wings. The sauces have always been the distinguishing characteristic for BWW but these days most other places with wings also have a wide variety of sauces but have far larger wings.
