Coleslaw was great! Potatoes were dry and had no oil. Chicken was terrible! Super dry and more breading than meat! My 4 piece dinner, 1 of the pieces had nearly no meat whatsoever. Reminds me of really bad fast food. Extremely disappointed. $37.58 for two small dinners and we’re both still hungry never again! I am very disappointed in Chicken Shack. I placed an online order with doordash . I never received confirmation of my order. The order was delivered and fifteen minutes later another order was delivered. I even texted the driver #2) to let them know an order was already delivered. When I called Chicken Shack they very rudely said, you will have to take that up with doordash . I called doordash and was on hold for at least 20 minutes. After explaining the situation, she said, sorry but it shows that you have 2 orders placed. Didn 't Chicken Shack see that there were 2 identical orders for the same person? Very poor customer service. They just lost a loyal customer. Food: 1 Service: 1
