Riverside Park - Macroom

Lads... I have the choice to give a star and believe me if I say that I would give you f **k all..fire the boss because I 've a real headache from a starter's mice never mined the hackburger. Waitress couldn't even ask, was everything okay for you? Because I'm sure she's sick to see the negative answer manager also dressed for the place -- you don't have Hotel Europe at the f*king Riverside! You basil fawlty willbe..place was also very busy.

The attitude of woman at the reception was absolutely shameful! Will never be rebooked there and so glad I didn't hand over the money for booking Communion. I was warned by people, but I didn't think I said it! But everything you say about this place is right!

The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Love stay here when in Macroom

Cold in the bar and breakfast area, no hot water for the last two days of vacation, mattresses must replace.

We love this hotel and the food is amazing also very reasonable in price with nice rooms .Friendly staff and spotless. Great service.
