Jack In The Box - Madera

Why do this place ALWAYS get my order wrong? This ONLY happens in the drive way the food is good but please fix this problem.

Customer service is the worst and always get my order wrong. I feel they do it on purpose sometimes.

We came from Merced to Los Angeles and we stopped here to eat something and the person serving in front kept us waiting for a while without serving us just because she was with some children who were in the place watching tick tok videos with them and she only served us when another colleague saw that he was not paying attention to us and he approached

They have a 24/7 drive thru and it depends on what you like, there food is good too.

I ordered 2 Jr Jack in the box jumbo Jack's before in Merced with plainly of lettuce no problem, but in Madera they said we don't put that much lettuce because we are not part of Jack In Box, that is so wrong there cheating customers ? that is not good I will never eat at this
