Las tapas están destinadas a ser aperitivos mientras se cocina la paella. El tiempo de cocción de la paella puede oscilar entre treinta minutos y posiblemente una hora. En ese momento, un comensal ya podría haber probado una multitud de otros platos. Prefiero simplemente profundizar en las tapas, porque algunas de ellas ya pueden constituir una comida completa. Sin mencionar que un comensal podría solicitar que le trajeran una nueva canasta llena de pan a la mesa. Incluso viene con un baño de aceite de oliva y vinagre balsámico. Los viejos favoritos incluyen chorizos con palillos de dientes, gambas con montones de ajo encima, así como chipirones fritos con salsa de limón y alioli, entre otros. Los comensales también pueden disfrutar de una amplia variedad de bebidas alcohólicas para acompañar las ricas tapas, desde cervezas locales, hasta vino, e incluso hasta sangría. Me limitaré a refrescos y agua, por favor. Me gusta mantener todos mis sentidos agudos mientras disfruto de mi comida.

Tapas are meant to be appetizers as the paella cooks. The cooking time for paella can range from thirty minutes to possibly an hour. By that time it was done, a diner could have already sampled a multitude of other dishes. I prefer just digging into the tapas, because a few of those can already constitute a full meal. Not to mention that a diner could request for a new basket full of bread to be brought over to the table. It even comes with a dip of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Old favorites include chorizos speared with toothpicks, gambas with heaps of garlic on top, as well as fried baby squid with lemon and aioli sauce, among others. Diners can also enjoy a wide variety of alcoholic drinks to go with the rich tapas, from local beers, to wine, and even to sangria. I'll just stick to soft drinks and water, please. I like to keep all my senses sharp as I enjoy my food.

We ordered the Valentine’s Pair Deal (Set it was bless. Especially the Manchego Crusted Lapu-Lapu?? Bihh I will always get that here if I could. I have yet to return show a friend that dish cuz that cheesy crust was fi-yer. Even the lil potato buddies that came plated w the fish was a lil ball of flavor! Mmm mmm mmm. Thank you for that, Tapella! The rest of the dishes were fine but didn’t blow my mind quite as much as the delish manchego fish dish mm mmm. Bless.
