Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered the "Impossible Cheese Burger" but modified it to be fully vegan by removing the cheese, mayo, and dill pickles. The sesame bun and fries were confirmed to be vegan according to the allergen site. However, my order was incorrect as I received the "Vegan Burger" instead, which was the impossible patty in a lettuce wrap with salsa and avocado. This was due to me writing "vegan" in the notes when ordering online, leading to confusion with the two burgers. Despite the mix-up, the manager is refunding me for the mistake. I will still give the restaurant another chance, but I recommend being careful when ordering online and checking your order before leaving. They do offer another veg burger option, just make sure it is vegan and not vegetarian if that's your preference.
Late nite large group can slow the service somewhat, but appetizers were amazing as well as the Burger. The new Scorpion Burger was spicy, but not exaggerated and perfectly cooked.
My first impression of this Red Robin was the bathroom (picture). If the condition of this bathroom is attentive to all the conditions of the kitchen, color me concerned. I was treated for dinner, but on a normal day I would never spend $13 on the burger I received. It was flat and just looked depressing. Luckily it tastes good, and I didn't get sick. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, and there comes the whole of the two stars. She gets five stars, everything else becomes zero. Very unlikely to return to this place.
I brought my kids to dinner. I had hoped for at least a halfway decent experience. The place was empty, which is good. The problem is that the food was cold. Ice cold. It was cold because the waitress was inattentive. We saw our food sitting on the counter and the waitress flirted either with the guys at the table before us, or just didn't sit on the attention. She also forgot to enter one of the ordered articles. This never came. Overall, the whole experience was very overwhelming. I still tipped the waitress 20% because I'm sure she has to pay her own bills. It would be nice if they were to pay more attention. Especially at nightlight tonight when they weren't busy at all.
When we entered, there was a father who screamed at the hostess over the fat ground and his child almost fell as a result. I experienced the same thing. They just have to have hacked, but it is as if they used fat instead of soap in the mop bucket. There were no wet ground signs. I've basically sworn to our table. My food was good and also our server. Unfortunately, they had no soups or chili available. Odd. My wife ordered a burger without a bun. Her duck came with a bun. They would think themselves, why didn't they just take the bun and put it on the side. Well, that was what she did except the majority of the sauce stayed with the bungalow. The sauces at Red Robin 'make' most burgers. Finally, one of the flush handles was completely knocked off and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I gave it two stars instead of one because the Scorpion Burger I ordered was delicious and our server was curious, prompt and often back to our table.
