I just had my first experience at this restaurant and I can’t wait to return. There's no need to settle for Mexican food when I can enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine that is both tastier and better prepared. I'm excited to explore more items on the menu!

A fantastic local restaurant that focuses on crafting delicious, flavorful dishes.

The food was hot and flavorful. The calamari was cooked perfectly. I opted for the sample menu number two, which was a great way to try a variety of dishes. The fried pork was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served in bite-sized pieces. I was pleasantly surprised to find the yucca de-veined, as many places leave the tough spine attached. Well done! The rice was jasmine, which was a refreshing change from the standard generic rice typically served. The only downside was the wait time between ordering and receiving our food, especially since there was only one other table occupied at the time. It seemed like they were focusing on takeout orders, but in-house customers should take priority, as they are the ones who may not return if kept waiting. This could lead to negative reviews. Address this issue, and I would gladly give them five stars.

This restaurant offers truly authentic Central American cuisine. The flavors are incredible, and the food is consistently fresh. I tried their pupusas, birria-style tacos, fish tacos, and even some baleadas. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent as well. I will definitely return and highly recommend it if you're craving delicious Spanish food.
