Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a bagel with cream cheese and lox, and it took 20 minutes to prepare. There were more employees than customers, yet the wait was still frustrating. A few people behind me also had to wait 20 minutes, and their orders ended up being incorrect. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.
The restaurant has potential, but the main card reader is so slow and outdated that it makes me question whether the owner is prioritizing the modernization of their operations. If I, as a customer, have to deal with such outdated technology, I can't help but wonder what other areas might be neglected behind the scenes.
The egg bagel was definitely interesting but not my cup of tea. The scone I had was excellent. I would definitely want to come back to try some of their other options. The place was packed with tons of customers when I went on a Saturday morning.
Phenomenal NY Style Bagels. The Garlic and Poppy were just perfect. The great crust on the outside protects the soft, chewy center. The 2nd picture is of the lox and cream cheese. The salmon was the best we've had on this one-month road trip around Southern California. What gave this five stars was that the general manager, maybe the owner, was working the register on this busy Sunday. It seemed that he had less than an entire staff today, given the long lines. I saw him run around and do everything, even empty the trash bins as they were filling up. This place was mobbed! Bonus, they do fresh bread every day, see picture, so they are more than a bagel shop.
Under filled and over priced. Ordered two salmon bagels, and to my disappointment, the salmon, onion and capers contained was a joke (pictures attached). The bagel tasted of cream cheese and tomato only, you?d be hard pressed to identify any taste of salmon or onion.
