The food is really good but management isn't training their staff well. $10 Tuesday is busy. It's an assembly line food industry job. The rate at which their employees are making the pizzas is insane. One of them was putting chopped tomatoes on one at atime. The rest aren't much better. They're slow!! Quality for the pace they're going isn't great. I got a small amount of saucein the center of my stuffed crust pizza only. It's almost unbelievable to watch. With years in the food industry, I've neverseen anything like this. If ALL of the employees are moving like snails, management isn't training right. There's no uniformexpectation to move quickly and efficiently, and on $10 Tuesday, that's unacceptable.
Completely messed up my whole order. I ordered online over 2 hrs in advance so I didn't have to wait. I get there and had to wait 20 mins in line because they didn't have my order on the rack for pick up. Then I get home to see they made both pizzasCompletely wrong adding things I didn't have on the order. I guess reading an online order is complicated.
Had to wait longer than I would have liked, but it was on Tuesday $10.00 pizza day. So I just picked up an extra for the freezer! Yummy x two!????
This place clearly has way too many mushrooms, at least that?s the only reason I can come up with that when I ask specifically for no mushrooms, somehow my pizza ends up with what looks like extra mushrooms. Either that or they can?t read the ticket whilemaking it. Strongly recommend everybody unwrap the pizza and inspect it before you leave with it to make sure it?s correctedbefore you drive a half hour home with it to find out they screwed up yet again.
