Big coffee not too sure about the use of serviettes as toilet paper, although costa coffee “Our serviettes have cleaned happy faces since 1971” is that a write error?

Upon entering, there was a terrible smell that I initially attributed to being an environmental issue outside. However, upon visiting the toilets, I discovered that the smell was coming from there. The toilets were filthy and reeked. The floor was covered in urine. I regret to say that this Costa Coffee shop is the worst one I have ever been to.
