Chili's Grill - Mansfield

No refills or check-ins for the entire visit of the staff. The orders were wrong. The waitress was more interested in flirting and talking with employees than for their job. The waitress decided to sit in my stand while I accept my orders! Felt rushed to order. Very poor customer service. Wasn't mad until my child's order went wrong and her drink was empty! The staff pretended to be their inconvenience. It won't come back. The staff must be withdrawn.

Short on wait staff. Chicken salad was missing ingredients. One meal did not get delivered. Had to wait get drinks refilled and to tell waitress about missing food. Not a good time.Food: 2/5

Walked in and took for ever to get seated and we were the only ones that walked in. We get seated and nobody helps us or says hello. When we walked out they said come again. Lol. He just seated us and didn't even care why we were leaving. O I want even say the things they do to the food there. Just saying. Eat at your own risk.Food: 1/5

Good ol' chili's! Never fails with great service, good drinks and food. Got bad experiences at other restaurants with both service and food. I'm an appetizers and drinks kind of gal and chili's always makes me feel welcomed. Other places seem to get bothered when I go and not order a main dish, only go for appetizers, not chili's!Food: 5/5

Food was ok but it sat in the pass so long because our waiter forgot that 1) we ordered our daughter food before anything else 2) forgor to bring one of the only 2 drinks we ordered and 3) asked us if we wanted to order anything for our daughter after we had already ordered hers and asked him where her food was.Food: 4/5
