We get to Culver 's an hour before closing. Seeing that on Google it said that the drive thru was closed, but the inside was open. We walk in and are immediately rushed out being told only the drive thru was open. We tried to explain our confusion especially since the doors were still open. We get into the drive thru and the lights for the menu are not on, so we had to look up the menu on our phones as we couldn 't see anything. Midway through us trying to order, the lady on the headset still had the talk button on and loudly said, god, she don 't know what she wants . Which was so rude and very disrespectful as we couldn 't even see the menu!!! Of course we 're going to have issues trying to order. This is the worst Culver 's I 've ever been to, the staff was just so rude. I 've worked in the kitchen before, I 'm a LINE COOK!! For gods sake. But this service was just awful, I 'd rate a one star if I could.
Without fail, every time I order a concrete from this location. I am served melted custard and told that that's just how they come. If your machine is broken, just say I can't order the item instead of wasting my time and money
I waited 30 minutes for my $60 online curbside order which never came. Went inside and got an attitude from an employee when I asked for my order. The sodas stood so long they were watered down and my order was not made correctly. I am missing bacon on a triple, the cheese on a double cheeseburger, and a triple burger made into a double burger. This is the 2nd time this has happened at the same store I tried to give this restaurant another try and the whole experience was HORRIBLE again. I even tried to talk with the manager but never heard back. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE!
I don’t care for this Culver’s location. If I had not have been to multiple locations and know how things usually come I would have had the incorrect impression of the chain. For example, I get the coolers often, they don’t mix the flavors all the way through nor use the correct cups.
