Was in Orlando this past week and tried this place very good, but they don’t give you enough dressing for your salad two little tubs

I am a regular customer going every single week to this same Pollo Tropical.This week I arrived at 10:30, exactly when they are supposed to open.I tried to use the drive thru, no response. I tried to go through the front door, closed.Alright, they don 't need to be that punctual. I waited until 10:35 and I decided to use the drive thru again. No answer. I decided to drive straight to the drive thru window. Guess what? The employees just ignored me.I had to wait a little longer and eventually they accepted my order through the drive thru.However, I asked them why did they ignore me. I am there every single week.Well, I would like to say to this Pollo Tropical location that I am paying for my meal. I am not requesting it for free.It would be nice just to show some courtesy to a regular customer, like, maybe opening the window and saying: Well, sir we will need some more time before we take your order , instead of just ignoring the customerIt seems you guys are doing a favor to customers. Guess what? I wasn 't asking for a favor.
