When I was younger, I worked at Chuck E. Cheese in the kitchen and loved it; I was always in a good mood while working there.
I typically don't write negative reviews, but this location has the worst customer service I've experienced. They need to make some changes soon, or they will definitely lose a lot of customers.
I placed my order online, but there wasn’t an option to add toppings to my pizza. When I called the store, he was more than happy to make the adjustments, and my order was ready for pick up when I arrived. I’m not usually one to write long reviews, but when the service is as impressive as the food, I feel compelled to share my experience. This will be my go-to Papa John’s, especially since I had a disappointing visit to another location just last week where the only good thing was the pizza itself. I’m someone who values both service and food, and this place delivered on both fronts. Keep up the fantastic work, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything!
Unfortunately something change.... Now the pieces of meat/vegetables they are too big, they are not proportionate and they are not correctly filling the entire pizza. these small changes completely modify the flavor of the pizza and I think this is a detail that should be taken seriously by management.
Do not order from this store for delivery. Getting your food hot and in a timely manner is a hit and miss. Do not even waste your time because you don’t know what you will get. I got food fast and hot before and other time late and cold delivery. They delivered desert food that appeared old the pizza was warm. Wrong wing flavor. I had to drive all the way to the store to bring it back. I was made a new order and refunded but the fact that I was home not planning on leaving hence why I ordered delivery is very annoying and inconvenient that I had to do that. I will not be ordering from that store anymore. Too bad it is my location delivery. If they don’t have enough drivers for delivery then they should not take those orders or the drivers should make sure they are keeping the food hot. They are making multiple deliveries and not keeping the quality of the food.
