Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI was a regular at the DTLA location, which always had good food and service. I have been to this location a few times and after today 's experience, I can confidently say it 's the opposite here. I ordered the steak plate for takeout. Not a lot of people in the restaurant. After 35 minutes of waiting and watching someone come in, order their food, and then get it 7 minutes later (ordering twice as much as me), I asked the cashier what was going on with my order. During this 30 minutes the chefs were laughing and goofing off in the back. Who knows what the Manager was doing. The cashier kept ignoring me and giving me looks. Apparently, my order had been ready for a quite a while yet no one called my name or they forgot about it . So now they try to give me cold food. I had to ask them to give me fresh steak. Then when I got my to go plate, the salad looked bad. So I had to ask for fresh salad which irritated the chef. Long story short: don 't waste your time here. The food they replaced ended up being cold anyways because it wasn 't properly sealed so a waste of time and money.
The harvest chicken salad is incredible! I’ve eaten it 6x in the last two weeks. Also, their sandwiches and olive oil cakes. Heavenly Food: 5
Food was delicious! The Mediterranean Steak Salad featuring feta, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, green olives, herbs, baby greens, baby sweet peppers, and lemon vinaigrette is one of my favorites. My other go-to salad is the Chicken Harvest featuring stone fruit, Point Loma Farms black berries, pistachios, goat cheese, caramelized onions, baby lettuces, and golden balsamic vinaigrette. These are healthy and delicious salads. Service provided by Robert was excellent. Robert delivered the food to the table and was responsive to any requests. The staff was courteous and professional. The food tasted fresh. Thank you, Robert and team! The ambiance is casual as this location is in a two story shopping center adjacent to the Equinox, so a lot of people dine at Tender Greens after working out. I highly recommend this Tender Greens if you are looking for a fresh and delicious salad in a casual atmosphere where customers are treated with the utmost courtesy!
