I always think hard about these gastronomic dinners in restaurants. the gast cook works in a strange kitchen, with a series of chefs s/he is probably never met before, let alone with, and quite often with the supplier of the gastgeber not their own. roger jones had been very clever with the menu. the large part of the menu could have been prepared in the kitchen at the harrow in little bedwyn, entirely within roger jones' control, and with it was brought in the boxroom.
Such a wonderful restaurant and a fabulous place to spend my birthday. we chose the 8-course menu with paired weeps. each cure was sensational, but the venison tartare and grilled lobsters were divine. total costs, without additional drinks were £270 top. more expensive than we would normally spend, but it was a special occasion. I'm sure you're worth a visit if they're in the opposite.
A secret shady. our second time in this restaurant. unleashes tiny street, not somewhere where the passersby attracts. However, we often check michael rated restaurants and came over them. only on the road from us its a great place to eat fantastic quality without traveling far. parking can be difficult. they offer several tasting menus, but we have tasted dishes at both locations without problems. everything on this menu is amazing. Unfortunately, the owners move after very impressive 21 years, this place and their Fab staff are missing.
One of my favourite restaurants in the world. The Harrow is in the beautiful small village of Little Bedwyn and serves would class food and incredible service.
