Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónFor a fast food restaurant in, the visit today was super l! Very friendly staff, quick and efficient very fresh and good food. It was a great Friday night with the family. Clean and comfortable, also had music playing that was upbeat and mood setting. Parking: Angle parking on both sides of the restaurant, efficiently through a one way drive around lot. Kid-friendliness: No play area or kid activity, but has high chairs and kid food options. My 4 kids enjoyed it.
I work at the Taco Bell down the road and come through quite often, the service at this particular store is always friendly. They are also very quick with handing out food and drinks when I order for my crew. Keep it up guys!
Every time I come through I’m either missing my sauce or I’m given the wrong sauce and I never have enough straws. Really not sure what’s so difficult about ask ask tell.On the bright side the service is always good.
I was in the drive through with my father, while he trying to order. We was trying to correct something on the screen but they kept rushing him and putting the total on screen. My father told them he wasn't done but then he got told has go the second window and tell them what he wants because she sent it back already We ended up leaving. This most disgusting and bad behavior I have seen and I hope this will never happened again.
On February 20, 2024, at approximately 1:53 pm I was assault by a drive thru staff member. Never should an employee pick up product from the floor and throw it at a customer. First it 's a misdemeanor assault, second it 's a liability issue. To the employee who would say it 's not a big deal. I didn 't hurt you , I will say, had that product hit me in the eye (with it 's filth from the floor) instead of my face it could have cut my eye, caused severe damage and possibly loss of sight. To the management I would offer a reminder.....hot coffee........ Your staff, including the shift manager, need some additional training.
