Hong Kong Buffet - Marquette

Stop on Sunday. Food was great, unlike many of the other buffets I was, the rice was actually cooked nicely. Also budget friendly. I would recommend coming by.

The food was great the last three times I was here. The children ask to come to Marquette every time. Staff work hard. Thank you to all hard working people.

This place was much better than I expected! SUPER clean seats and tables not used napkins or old egg rolls under your seat! Even the salt and pepper shakers and soy sauce bottles were clean. So I was impressed! My husband is Chinese and he was just as happy with it! The actual buffet line was wiped out every few minutes and the utensils were changed as needed. The food was hot, fresh, and they kept room with him. It was really very good food, and different what you could see on other buffets of the same nature. Great peanut chicken and egg rolls were fantastic! The greeting was adorable; very gentle and friendly in their address to all customers. The servers were polite, gave timely refills and took records frequently, but they were never intrusive. Overall, I would have given him a 4.5 if I could just knock a bit, because the bathrooms were super old and quite uncomfortable. Not so dirty, but quite ugly and lack of basics: updated locks are needed. And the place needs a deep cleanliness. It was obviously good surface cleaned A LOT. But it would not need much to update it for the comfort of customers and employees. There would be the confidence of a cleaner environment. But that was my only complaint. I hope the restaurant is well maintained all the time because I am so happy to finally have a GOOD Chinese buffet!

It is not a first-class restaurant, but you will not pay any high prices. The food was good enough, the facilities were good enough, and the service was good. It is a buffet!!! Eat lots, be nice to the staff and make a fair tip for the person who brought your drinks and took your plates.

Always a place to grab lunch or dinner. You come to know what to expect here. Fresh food always being brought to the buffet, service is good. Soda always seems flat so tend to stick to water. I rather enjoy the Chinese donuts and ice cream.
