Charly Pizza - Marseille

Had a slice of the warm pizza on this rainy day. Was comforting and the pizza tasted good. Only 1.50 euro. Good quick cheap eats.

It is not Napoli, but pizza in Marseille is a hit. It is cheap 3 pies for 10EU! one slice for 1 EU. It is fresh, tasty and fun. Location is colorful. A must!

Lovely pizza (order the goats cheese and honey on cream base for €6 which is not on the menu! if not a simple slice of cheese pizza for €1 is also top notch. Also do an Algerian baked chick pea omlette special. Do like the locals forget that this place dosnt have seats and take your food to the port (5 mins or the steps leading upto Cours Julien (5 mins or lean against a nearby wall and watch street life unfold before your eyes. Lovely staff, real street food in the most iconic of Marseille surroundings.

According to my Airbnb host, Pizza Charly is Marseille's best kept little secretI can see whyIt's definitely not in a tourist area at all.
