Scooter's Coffee - Marshalltown

Same drink different size asked for no expresso in both. 1 was a tan color and the other all white. Asked why and she just shrugged. Ended up being one had expresso! Did not offer even to fix. Not to mention one had choc syrup on top and the other didn’t. Supposedly same drink! I figured when I got home I would just call and talk to manager and they have no phone number listed…

The workers were not in uniform and without apron, and had rude tons and dirt. very disappointed as the drinks were delicious, but I will not return due to the bad customer service

Fantastic experience. I ordered 5 drinks and 4 meals. the ladies were fast, the order was exact, they marked everything for me, and they were very friendly. will be absolutely back. it is great to experience such a wonderful service!

We liked the mango smoothie. Service was good and quick.
