Excellent pizza with light dough, even if the Martinese with capocollo and stracciatella, this last ingredient could be improved, perhaps look for a better stracciatella, the environment should be heated up a little more and perhaps make it nicer, a little too basic Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
