Charlie Gitto's At Hollywood Casino

We waited for a while before a server finally came to our table. Our salads didn't arrive until after we had placed our order. It would have been nice if a small salad was included with the entrees.

Karen, our server, was exceptional. She provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job.

The quality at Charlie Gitto's did not live up to our expectations.

It was great. Went for my birthday and everything including cake with a candle was great.

Food good. Prices seem to be getting bigger with smaller portions. Will come back. Booked with reservation on Open table, we stayed for a birthday meal but nothing waiter was never told he said. He did take birthday cake to table by us, but we never got anything even after mentioning it. Waiter spent a lot of time chatting with other table leaving us waiting for refills, waiting to pay, waiting for change, etc. first time with device like this here.
