Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónGreat.. We didn't actually start going to DiBella, but I'm glad we landed there today after the local amusement park. My party ordered several sandwiches including a children's meal and all enjoyed their own choices (and we shared so we enjoyed all the others! The children's meal included a sandwich, fruit cups, cookies and its selection of drinks. Healthy decisions and he loved it! I have the cheese steak on all bread. I love the sweet paprika that they saute together with mushrooms and onions. Yum! Someone else got the Brat-Rind-Dipper, who was also enjoyed by the 18-month old (partly because he could dip the bread himself. We also finished the meal with a chocolate chip cookie that was fresh, sweet and tasty. The staff was very friendly, answered our questions, had a good nature banter than they worked. The floors and tables were very clean and it would be a good place for families, people on their lunch break, they call it.
New location, great subs. Very nice, new restaurant. I went today for the first time and was pretty impressed. The restaurant itself is huge for a fast casual place. The large metal bar and white tile walls give the restaurant a clean, bright appearance. The booths are comfortable and there 's plenty of seating. I admittedly judge all sub places by their Italian sub. Take that as you will, it 's just my personal measure of a sub place. DiBella 's Italian is pretty damn good. The sub bread is soft yet doesn 't get soggy, and sweet yet doesn 't take attention away from the ingredients. You can get your sub cold or grilled (like at Penn Station). I thought their signature oil dressing was great as well. I had a chocolate chip cookie and it wasn 't bad either. Overall I was very impressed. With the departure of Quizno 's from the area I was looking for a replacement and I think DiBella 's is looking like the best in the area at this point. I 'd definitely recommend if you like subs and are in the area.
The flavors of my sub were heavily influenced by the rich mix of fresh meats, which unfortunately overshadowed the other ingredients. While the bread was fresh, its flavor got lost in all the meat, making the sub quite dry overall. I also ordered a side of potato salad, which was generously seasoned and much better than the potato salads offered at most fast food places. As a special treat for first-time customers, I received a complimentary chocolate chip cookie that was soft, moist, and delicious. Overall, while the Godfather sub at DiBella's was fresh and good, it was simply too dry to sway me from my favorite Italian sub from Jersey Mike's, prepared "Mike's Way." Given that I may have made some questionable choices with my order, I plan to give DiBella's another try and perhaps ask the server to help me create a better-balanced sub with less meat and more dressing. In the meantime, I would suggest DiBella's consider adding vinegar to their menu.
I recently visited the Centerville location, as I’m a huge fan of their tuna and various traditional subs. However, today the Mason location surprised us by bringing over 5 sandwich samples! What a pleasant surprise! The selection included turkey, brat beef, Dagwood, and an old-fashioned sub. I tried the brat beef, and it was solid, similar to what you’d find at most fast food delis. The other sandwiches received positive feedback from my companions as well. This was a fantastic way to promote the Mason location, and they even offer free delivery!
I had a fantastic sub sandwich at Dibella. I would describe it as a healthier version of Penn Station, with significantly less fat and much better bread. It’s what you might imagine Subway could be if it had a premium brand. I'm not sure if they offer fries, but they do have a variety of cold sides like potato salad. Think of Jersey Mike's, but with the option for grilled items and a lot more character. The bread on the subs is delicious, with a great flavor, and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Even the smaller size is quite filling. I agree with another reviewer: her Italian sub is outstanding!
