Captain D's - Matthews

I haven't eaten in a Captain Dee's this nice since I was a kid in 2010. Most Captain Dee's seem run down now with mediocre service and low quality food. This location was ANYTHING BUT THAT. I was greeted by Latosha who took my order. She was so friendly and sweet for the job she works, I've never had such a wonderful experience at a Captain Dee's with that kind of service. Aside from her beautiful spirit, my food was DELICIOUS. everything was piping hot and super fresh! I had the blackened tilapia with rice, green beans and steamed broccoli. I will only go to this Captain Dee's location and I highly recommend it. Please give Latosha a raise.

As usual, this location rocks !!!Parking: Always many spaces nearby!Kid-friendliness: Light and airy, comfy seating, good music, and many windows!

Came in late one night,was even there after door was closed,was told no hurry and heard cook tell cashier he would turn fryer back on if customer didn't mind waiting for a few extra minutes, you don't get service like this any where,,if I could I would give this place 10 stars, thank you for your Hospitality!

I worked here a few months ago for a short amount of time and never got paid or compensation for the time I was in service!!

Please make your kitchen help wear hair nets. I got the seniors calabash shrimp and found a very long hair entangled in my shrimp! Yuck!!! My family calmed me down before i let loose inside your establishment. Please rectify this yucky and nasty problem!
