The employees don’t act with any sense of urgency and twice now they’ve started making another order while mine is sitting there. Poor service and training. My favorite subway to go to! The black girl Chante is the best worker they've got! She's always so friendly and makes your sandwich like it's her own! If she's there I always ask her to make my food!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I 'm not sure what 's going on with this Subway location in our neighborhood but I was dismayed with the service and upkeep of this restaurant. The place looked unclean, and I saw there 's a 94.5 posted sanitary rating. I was shocked at the mold and gunk build up around the fountain drink machines . I opted to bypass and leave. The two younger guys working there seemed unmotivated. Whoever is the owner, manager, or supervisor should take a genuine interest and rehaul this location. Totally unacceptable in 2023 for food places to serve in this type of condition to its patrons.
We faced the worst experience. Management is really bad. We ordered online and went to pick up. They closed early and went. We went to ask next day for refund. Simply ignoring by saying app fault. Poor customer service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
