It was honestly very disheartening to see especially coming from someone on the management team. Managers should be held to a higher standard and belittling their staff is not that standard. Do better.
Food quality was an improvement compared to Houston. However, I could still tell they used a different vendor for their patties than I 'm used to in Illinois. I forgot to order bacon to see if they elected to go with a smithfield product, "proffered. "Customer service was on point, I could tell the cashiers really enjoyed their blizards. I appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me choose. More so than what I 've experienced else where, the usual blank stare like they 've never eaten at DQ before.

Treat was fine; surprised by cost. Almost $6 for a small Blizzard! Staff were fine; distracted by other orders.
Very rude people at the window. The lady in front of me ask for a spoon to go with her blizzard and the girl at the window was making faces and you could tell she was madGot home only had half of my order.
