Service was excellent, there is a young girl who makes our visit a pleasure as she is in love with our little boy. We were looking for a local place to eat in Cabo Rojo. After a quick search on Google Maps, we decided to try Salvatore Bistro. What a great decision! We were greeted by the bartender and the waitress as soon as we entered. As always, we asked for the house specialties. Almojabanas with the homemade papaya sauce, she said. Score! They were delicious! I ordered arroz mamposteao with ribs and she ordered risoto with grilled salmon. She is vegetarian and they several options for her. Let me tell you, the Chef is great. The service was very good as well as the plate presentation. The taste? You have to try any of these plates to believe it! Both were perfect. The price was reasonable. Parking was not an issue around the Cabo Rojo square and we will definitively go back for more almojábanas!
