Employees were really nice but they were basically out of Morten than half their menu. Normally they are out of some things but a lot more than normal.

The dole whip is great buy itself, as is the shaved ice, but together they are great! Pomegranate Dole whip is my favorite! You can also make any flavor sour just ask them!

It's okay. Stopped in late afternoon today and got a small shave ice. It's def not a fluffy soft shave ice you find being sold in Hawaii but it's also not as icy/pebbly as a snow cone. Anyway. The ice was level with the top of the cup when I got it. It wasn't expensive so I didn't care that much, but the vibe in there was pretty sad. lol one lone young worker seemingly bored out of their mind. I'll prob try again, though. Blue lagoon was pretty tasty.

I had an excellent experience with the service, and the food was even better. The prices are reasonable considering the generous portions. Overall, it's a fantastic place that I highly recommend you visit.
