Hop Tung Vietnamese Chinese - McAllen

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I had a craving for dim sum, which they definitely delivered on. I satisfied my chicken feet craving and also ordered Singaporean Meefun (星洲炒米) and Beef Ho Fun (干炒牛河). Both dishes were packed with flavor, and I would definitely come back for more. The server was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also ordered a to-go dish of Chinese anchovy and chicken fried rice (咸鱼鸡粒炒饭), and it was delicious and authentic!

The noodles tasted like they had been boiled a few days ago. When we approached the owner about it, they said there would be no exchanges. We ended up leaving without even eating the noodles after paying.

I discovered an entire bug in my food and brought it to the server's attention. She informed the owners, but they didn’t seem interested in addressing the issue with me. It really feels like they don’t care about making things right.

Horrible customer service, greeted with rudeness as soon as we walked in. Got it you are understaffed but no need to be rude. First time ever being here. Didn’t wait for my food cause the attitude of the attendant just wasn’t worth me waiting for subpar Vietnamese food, should of read more reviews on the place before stopping in. Made me feel not welcome or if they even wanted my business.

Dry as the desert, Absolutely no flavor. Triple Delight; more like triple the disaster. The soup was the only thing that was decent. Never again.
