Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónChick Fil A offers the best customer service in the area. The drive thru is so quick and efficient and the food is hot and fresh every time! I know that I won't have to pull over and check my food to make sure it's correct like at other fast food restaurants.
We stopped by for milkshakes during our lunch break and only had cash on us. The staff seemed confused, as if they hadn't seen cash before, and they didn't know how to handle it. They instructed us to drive around, and when we got to the window, they handed us our order and wished us a good day. We mentioned that we hadn’t paid yet, and the cashier looked at our cash as if she were unsure what to do with it. Eventually, she accepted the payment and returned with our change. Overall, it was a strange and somewhat uncomfortable experience, especially for the high prices of just a couple of small shakes and chicken sandwiches. There were also several kids hanging around talking, which added to the chaos. We’ve decided to skip this location in the future.
This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever visited! The customer service was outstanding! You won't find better service anywhere else than what I received at this location.
Generally, Chick-fil-A is exceptional, but my experience yesterday was just okay at best. The staff was friendly and attentive, which met my expectations. However, my Chick-fil-A sandwich was only warm, not fresh or hot, suggesting it might have been sitting for a while. When I inquired about the receipt, the cashier mentioned it should be in the bag my daughter had taken outside, but it wasn't there. Additionally, there were no straws available for our two drinks. I won't deduct points for needing to ask for ketchup, as I didn't see a condiment station, and I'm unsure if condiments can be ordered through the app (unlike at McDonald's).
They always forget an item I paid for.
