I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. The owner was aggressive, even leaning into my car and raising his voice at me. I couldn't believe what was happening. There were numerous issues with my order, and I noticed about seven staff members wandering around, creating chaos. I commented to myself how disorganized everything felt, which I think might have set him off. However, that doesn’t excuse his behavior—yelling at me to go find another restaurant while I had my toddler in the car was completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience.

I ordered half a dozen cookies, but nothing was being served. It took four people asking five different questions for me to find out that only two cookies were left. I mentioned that I'd take those, but they told me there were no more cookies available. I'm not sure what happened in the brief moment after I said I'd take them, but the look I received from the staff is what prompted me to write this review.

I will give this place 4 stars because they are always pleasant. But idk, what's going on with the Pommes. You always have a strange taste. But that's not just this place. It's just the one I'm most often.

This is how you fill a fry box! This store was BUSY but they got me me amd out fairly quickly which is typical for CFA. I was very pleased witj my serving size. The food was hot and delicious!Food: 5/5
