Starbucks - McMinnville

The staff went above and beyond to comfort my daughter when she accidentally dropped one of the glass mugs. They were incredibly sweet and caring when she started to cry, even offering her a complimentary cake pop and a hug. It warms my heart as a mother to see such kindness in the world, especially towards our little ones. We will definitely be loyal customers of this wonderful restaurant for years to come!

The staff at this restaurant are generally friendly and polite. However, I've noticed that they struggle to have online orders ready on time, which makes it seem like those orders aren't a priority. I've often had to wait quite a while, even for a small order, and I’ve seen other customers experiencing the same issue. Additionally, there’s a female staff member with long blonde hair and glasses who seems to have a bit of an attitude. She doesn’t seem to recognize the importance of treating all customers well and providing the best service possible.

I placed my order at the counter and was informed that a drink I usually get at other restaurants could only be made that day and not in the future. Thankfully, I was just passing through. Some of the staff were friendly, but the drive-thru line was long. I decided to go inside and ended up waiting about 12-15 minutes for two drink orders (both the same, just one without whipped cream).

EMILY is AMAZING! My daughter, who has special needs, feels safe and secure at the McMinnville Starbucks thanks to her. Emily stood up to a customer who was bothering my daughter, and I truly appreciate her support. She is a true gem and deserves a raise! It’s the friendly, compassionate, and helpful staff that really make a difference.

I went to Starbucks on my birthday and decided to try their ride-thru. Since I'm not familiar with the Starbucks experience, I asked if there was a discount for my birthday. The staff was very pleasant and explained that while the gala event was nice, I wouldn’t be able to get a birthday discount on my drink unless I had the app.
