Mcdonald's - Medford

The McDonald's on Biddle Rd is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever encountered. They should be investigated and shut down until they can run a business correctly. It's a shame because the location is ideal. If you enjoy fresh food, value your time, like a clean atmosphere, want to get what you order, and want to be treated kindly, avoid this place at all costs. Always issues here and the homeless population are on permanent rotation in the drive-thru begging for your money and food. Take the drive across town to the Barnett Rd McDonald's where they actually care about their customers. They are always better than this dumpster fire in every way.

After visiting McDonalds I remind myself why I may only go to a McDonalds once a year. The employee taking our order was nice helpful. Food took over 25 minutes to get to us (we dined in). I guess the drive up pickup orders are more important than dine in.

I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant this messy, even by fast food standards. There was not a single clean place to sit. Seemed understaffed and disorganized as well, which the broken kiosks didn't help with.

Another day with the ice cream machine down, feels like a common joke. Got my order with no straws for sodas too.

Ordered 1 filet of fish. Looked tasted like it had dried out been stepped on , not exagerrating. One bite threw rest away.Never ever going back this location.
