Outback Steakhouse - Medford

We have been going to Outback in Medford for many years. You can always depend on the food and the service. It is our top choice restaurant with family and friends. However the last three times (in 2024) we have been disappointed with our favorite steak the Victorian. There was no seasoning and very tough. Sometimes things happen but this was 3 times in 3 months. Please find out what is going on. If it happens again we will need to look elsewhere.

The filet mignon my husband ordered was overdone. The rest of the food was alright.

I just had dinner there and was hands down a HORRIBLE experience FOOD BAD SERVICE WORST I did have a cold beer but that took for ever no one was ZERO CUSTOMERS in there and now I know why super bad all around THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS MCDONALDS IS IN THE SAME PARkING LOT JUST SAYING it was a really bad deal tonight not being mean or bad im eating Mc Donalds to night it was that bad

Horrible service. Got the ribeye lol. Wanted it medium well, it came out still moving. Rare as can be. We had a movie to get to so no time for them to take it back and put it in the microwave lol. Listen I'm pretty easy going when it comes to going out to eat and the service but a 40 dollar steak, they might want to get it right. Waitress acted like it was nothing, didn't apologize and vanished in thin air. We were very disappointed in the service. Luckily with were with our friends and still had a good time. Lastly, the manager did not charge me for the steak which I really appreciated it but I also didn't get to eat. Whatever lol.

We started with a blooming onion which is always good. Then we had the coconut shrimp special. Had the shrimp with a baked potato and house salad. The potato wasn't very good. I feel it was over cooked and mushy. Everything else was very good.
