Wendy's - Medina

Wendy's in Medina is very nice. The staff is helpful, friendly and hard working.Restaurant nice and clean, food is very good.

The food tastes good overall, but the majority of the employees are not very professional. I ordered yesterday and one of the employees was dancing behind the counter distracting the girl working the register who seemed like she could care less about taking our order. The younger workers there dont act professional at all. The atmosphere overall feels empty and cold, nowhere near as nice as it used to be. The music is so loud you can't have a conversation with someone unless you lean forward and talk loudly. I think there are many ways this location can be improved upon.

New Wendy's. Nice. Went for a fish sandwich. Nit bad. Service was good and quick. Fries could have been crisper.

Good service for the number of employees. Seem to always be short-handed.

This Wendys in particular still has some of the best employees and managers that you could ever get at a fast food joint. Get your food fast and always good service. Emily is a fantastic sandwich maker :
