Moe's Southwest Grill - Melbourne

My burrito was so delicious! I ordered for pick up and I wish I said thank you to the people behind the counter. They gave me a lot of chips when I asked for extra chips in my online order. Thank you so much, food tasted so good!! I?ve been going here foryears and it?s always on point, appreciate it!!

My son and I went to Moe's on Friday evening to get tacos and burrito. The young lady that cashed me out was great and there was another young man that was very helpful, I wish I got their names. I asked the young man if they had more salsa because theywere out at the bar and he turned to ask the manager about the salsa and he replied that he would get it. After waiting a fewminutes the young lady at the cash register turned to the manager and said the customer is waiting for salsa and he replied hewould get while continuing to clean the floor. I then said I don't have all night to wait and he said that can't you see peopleare working. I said and I just spent my money here he walked aways mumbling. I decided that they do not deserve my money talkingto customers that way so I asked for a refund. While he was refunding me I said all I wanted was salsa not your smart remarks. Ishould have listened to my wife when she said don't go there the food is and service inconsistent. Deleting the app from myphone and never going back.

Then he proceeded to grab a dirty, stained rag from the sink and carelessly wiped up the food he had spilled, dragging that same filthy rag across the floor and into the topping station. Without wearing gloves, he then wiped down each topping container, sloppily dragging the damp, contaminated rag across the lettuce, cheese, olives, and more. My wife and I had seen enough. I informed the staff that we were leaving and encouraged others in line to do the same. I've never witnessed such a blatant disregard for public health. This establishment just keeps deteriorating, and I’m done giving it chances. The owner may respond to reviews, but clearly, no real action is being taken.

The food here is consistently delicious and reasonably priced! Today, I ordered through the app, which offered a free queso side for my first order. I expected it to be a small serving, but to my surprise, it was their regular cup size, which is definitely enough to share with at least two people! It was a delightful surprise.

The quesadillas here are amazing, rivaling those at Taco Bell. The complimentary nachos were quite basic, similar to what you'd find at other Southwestern restaurants in Florida. They offer a wide selection of drinks with free refills, which is a nice change from UK restaurants, and the staff were very friendly. This particular location in The Avenue Viera had plenty of parking available nearby.
