Missing items, cold food and the steak Steak Frank was super tiny. Definitely disappointed and overpriced.
It's been since I was here. Of course, kovid has the self-service kiosks at location and location. we have been advised as we are conspiring our order because they have been shorthanded so that it would take a bit for our order. surprise! the new mantra to reduce overhead and raise profit margin for business owners in these days. it did not take too long for eating, but our shakes were served to tassen without whipping or going the cherry. our burgers were tiny and fast beaten together. I remember this place as amazing. very sad that they have lost the persona they once lost from the real plates, cutlery, ketchup bottles and well glassware with metal-shake cups. will not go back soon, I prefer that kitschige nostalgie and good eating too half-baked customer service and eating that resembles a almost food joint.
I don't know what time they have to order when they want to get away fresh. I have always roasted cold, wound, limp fries in a bag and they are the equivalent to bake spaghetti noodles. burgers are great, but the Pommes....you can do better. the people pay money for a product. at least properly deliver.
I just went through her drive. though all the lights were out of the outside, my experience was on the point. the man who took my order was kind and my order was correct. he has instructed me to wait for my order at a certain time. it came in time and the young woman who brought was very nice. my family and I have just eaten our meal and it was delicious! thank you!
